- Google account basics — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name and email from Google (not your password).
- Comments — the name and text you choose to post.
- Usage & device data — views, likes, approximate location (country, from your IP), and basic device/browser info, to measure audience and improve the Service.
- Local storage / cookies — to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and play video.
- To send you verification codes and, if you opt in, new-content updates.
- To show your comments and count likes/views.
- To understand what audiences enjoy and improve our content.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers only to run the Service:
- Bunny.net — video hosting and delivery.
- Google — optional sign-in.
- Resend — sending verification/notification emails.
- Hosting provider — running our servers.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing contact@thegreentv.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission is completely secure.
