Delete your account

You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app

Open the app, tap your profile picture, then Delete account. It happens immediately.

Here, without the app

Enter the email address you signed up with. We will send you a six-digit code to prove the address is yours, and the account is deleted as soon as you enter it.

What is deleted

• Your email address and subscriber record.
• Your Watch Later list and watch history.
• Your chosen topics, likes and sign-in sessions.

Comments you posted publicly are removed separately on request, because replies from other people may depend on them. Write to contact@thegreentv.com and we will remove them within 30 days.

We keep nothing after deletion except records we are required by law to retain. Deletion cannot be undone.

Email contact@thegreentv.com from the address on the account, or contact our grievance officer at contact@thegreentv.com. We acknowledge within 7 working days and complete within 30 days.
